Aquabike Promotion today announced the dates for the 2024 UIM-ABP Aquabike World, European Continental and Endurance Championships.

The three calendars feature a number of exciting races in Asia and Europe with brand new events joining the calendar in Vietnam and Albania.

The 2024 UIM-ABP Aquabike Circuit World Championship will be fought out over five rounds in Asia and Europe. A thrilling new coastal venue at Quy Nhon in the province of Binh Dinh in central Vietnam will host the season’s opener on March 21st-24th.

The series returns to Europe for a soon-to-be-announced second round at the end of May, before the ever-popular Regione Sardegna Grand Prix of Italy (June 20th-23rd) at stunning Olbia in Sardinia and another new round in Albania. The Grand Prix of Albania will take place on the Lake of Ohrid next to the city of Pogradec at the start of July.

Following the unmitigated success of the recent visit to Lake Toba, the spectacular northern Sumatran venue will host the season’s finale out of the town of Balige in Indonesia on November 23rd-24th.

The three Indonesian Regencies of Karo, Dairi and Samosir each hosted a round of the 2023 UIM-ABP World Endurance Championship and a similar three-day format will be used in 2024. The Karo Cup will run on the north of Lake Toba on November 20th and precedes the Dairi Cup on November 21st and the Samosir Cup on November 22nd.

The three venues for the 2024 UIM-ABP European Continental Championship, which will start with 2 back-to-back rounds of the circuit season at the end of July and returns to the calendar for the season’s finale at the end of September, will be announced soon.
