Minotti inaugurates its 45th flagship store in Cairo, the fascinating Egyptian metropolis suspended between past and
future, and strengthens its twenty-year partnership with the furniture retailer Madar Home Signatures.

Located in the eastern area of New Cairo, inside the recent business hub and commercial mall 5A by The Waterway
Developments, which already houses a multi-brand space with several Minotti furnishings, the elegant flagship store
extends over one level and offers a sophisticated interior project curated with great attention to every detail, able to
blend the aesthetics and stylistic values of the brand with the local ones.

“Minotti has worked alongside us since we started our business 20 years ago. After a long period of intense
collaboration, the opening of Minotti Cairo today represents the natural evolution of our partnership. We are really
proud to inaugurate the first Minotti flagship store in Egypt” says Ahmed Farid, CEO of Madar Home Signatures.
The interiors of the new showroom designed by Minotti Studio, the creative soul of the company inside the HQ,
suggest a welcoming environment that expresses a refined combination of materials and colour palettes, able to
enhance the quality of the space, conferring a sense of comfort and aesthetic pleasure.
Vertical boiserie in Tobacco-colored oak, ceilings and side walls in white plaster as welle as floors with a basalt effect
give life to sophisticated scenographies that recall the distinctive contemporary taste of Minotti, while the hints of
gunmetal satin metal finish embellish the rationality of the architecture.
In the middle of the space, a large fireplace in white plaster divides the store into two distinct areas, both enriched by
full-height portals in Tobacco-colored staves, an essence identified by Minotti Studio to give the atmosphere an
enveloping sensation and greater warmth.

The proposed settings are characterized by a fluid sequence of living and dining areas that sees a succession of best
sellers and iconic pieces from the Minotti collections, such as the Connery seating system designed by
Rodolfo Dordoni with the Shelley armchairs by GamFratesi, the Torii collection by the Japanese nendo, the Linha
table by Marcio Kogan / mk27 and the Seymour seating system by Rodolfo Dordoni.

With this new opening, Minotti consolidates its presence in North Africa, a market of great importance for the
company, and becomes an essential destination for professionals and design lovers in the capital.
