
Dubai, UAE – Four Seasons is strengthening its presence across the Middle East and other key global travel markets, highlighting new destinations, upgraded guest experiences and an expanding development pipeline at Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2026 in Dubai.
The luxury hospitality and branded residences group is placing the spotlight on its latest openings in Saudi Arabia, alongside a growing portfolio of hotels, resorts and residences across the region.
Saudi Arabia Drives Regional Growth
Four Seasons has expanded its Saudi portfolio with the recent opening of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island and Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay.
Shura Island offers guests a luxury coastal retreat with land and marine activities, while AMAALA focuses on high-end wellness, combining advanced health and wellbeing offerings with luxury hospitality.

The group is preparing for further growth in the Kingdom, with Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Jeddah at the Corniche scheduled to open in summer 2027, in addition to the planned Four Seasons Hotel Madinah.
Four Seasons is also expanding its regional pipeline with upcoming projects in Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Luxor and New Cairo Capital at Madinaty.
Luxury Experiences Take Center Stage
Beyond new openings, Four Seasons is accelerating the development of destination-led experiences centered on wellness, dining, nature and personalized travel.
In the Maldives and Seychelles, the group is expanding marine and wellness experiences, while its African properties are introducing new dining and entertainment concepts. In the Middle East, properties in Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai, Riyadh, Kuwait and Cairo are adding new restaurants, spa treatments and lifestyle experiences.

In Cairo, First Nile Boat at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence brings together three distinct dining concepts—Nairu, Xodó and Zoe—offering Pan-Asian, Brazilian and contemporary Greek cuisine in a floating venue overlooking the Nile.
140 Hotels and Resorts Across 47 Countries
Globally, Four Seasons currently operates 140 hotels and resorts and 61 residential properties across 47 countries, with more than 60 projects in its development pipeline.

The company’s expansion includes upcoming properties such as Four Seasons Resort Zanzibar, The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel, and Four Seasons Hotel Berlin, while recent additions include Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos and the renovated Danieli, Venezia, A Four Seasons Hotel.
