Clearwater, FL – Lifting a boat by its cleats or standard bow eye can damage the vessel and be downright dangerous. Accon Marine’s Round and Oval Lifting Eyes were designed specifically for this purpose. They handle up to 1,814kg when installed correctly.
Round and Oval Lifting Eyes are manufactured from marine-grade 316 stainless steel with 304 stainless hardware. Like all Accon hardware, they’re discreetly hidden when not in use, but pull up easily when needed. Each comes with a bow eye and 305mm threaded rod that accommodates virtually any bow angle and overcomes slight misalignments at installation. The maximum working load is 1,814kg, in the direction of the rod shank.
The Round Lifting Eye 203-LE measures 89mm in diameter and requires 114mm of clearance. It requires a 60mm hole and fastens with four #10 screws. The bow eye is 47mm CTC.
Compact, the Oval Lifting Eye 201-LE can be equipped with a drain or sealed watertight. At only 108mm L x 67mm W, it requires 54mm of clearance under the deck.
