Gassin, France – Evok Collection has announced the launch of Nolinski Saint-Tropez Bay, a new luxury property set to open in April 2027 in the village of Gassin, just outside Saint-Tropez. Marking a significant milestone for the brand, the project will be Nolinski’s first destination beyond an urban setting.
Following the success of its properties in Paris and Venice, the brand is bringing its distinctive hospitality concept to the French Riviera, occupying the iconic site formerly home to the renowned Mas du Chastelas hotel. The property will be nestled within three hectares of landscaped gardens, offering a refined retreat that blends elegance, comfort, and the relaxed spirit of Saint-Tropez.

Designed as a destination where time unfolds at a leisurely pace, the hotel will cater to families and groups alike, creating an atmosphere shaped by long lunches, afternoons returning from the beach, sunset gatherings, late-night dinners, and spontaneous social encounters.
The development is being led by Zaka Investments, the real estate company acting on behalf of Evok Collection, the hotel operator. Both entities are owned by entrepreneur Pierre Bastid, in partnership with Famille C Participations, the investment vehicle of the Courtin-Clarins family and a strategic shareholder in Evok Collection.
Commenting on the project, Romain Yzerman, Managing Director of Evok Collection, said: “We continue to strengthen the appeal of the Nolinski brand through the experiences we create—from meticulous attention to detail and exceptional service standards to the unique rhythm that defines each destination. These elements contribute to building the brand’s reputation over time.”

He added that the expansive gardens and open spaces will serve as the backdrop for a lifestyle-oriented hospitality experience, where guests can seamlessly move between dining, social gatherings, evening preparations, dinners, and late-night celebrations in an environment that reflects both the sophistication and effortless charm of Saint-Tropez.
The hotel’s design has been conceived by Nathanaël Littré, who drew inspiration from the Riviera lifestyle to create a contemporary interpretation of the Nolinski identity. The project will feature clean architectural lines, warm and tactile materials, abundant natural light, and an atmosphere that embodies the essence of Mediterranean summer living.
From morning through evening, Nolinski Saint-Tropez Bay will offer a comprehensive five-star experience centered around its restaurant, lounge, swimming pools, wellness facilities, and spa. Dedicated spaces for younger guests—including a kids’ club and a teen area—will ensure a seamless stay for families.

The property will feature 55 rooms and suites with private terraces, alongside a restaurant and lounge, wellness and spa facilities, a kids’ club, a teen zone, two swimming pools measuring 18 and 33 meters, tennis and padel courts, landscaped gardens, and concierge services.
Located in Gassin at the gateway to Saint-Tropez, the hotel will embody the concept of “Nolinski Riviera,” combining the brand’s signature style with the art of Mediterranean living. Reservations are scheduled to open in July 2026, ahead of the hotel’s official opening in April 2027.
