As for wellness amenities, 68% consider spas, meditation zones, and fitness areas important to their living experience, with men placing slightly higher value on these amenities compared to women.

The survey also reveals a growing awareness among UAE residents of ‘Longevity Real Estate’, a concept focused on building homes that support the long-term health, wellness, and quality of life of residents. While the term is still gaining traction, 50% say they are already familiar with the concept. This growing awareness is also reflected in buying trends, as almost half of all respondents say they are extremely likely to spend more on homes designed to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
