Antalya, Turkey – Alia Yachts has announced the launch of the 45-metre fully custom superyacht GENIE BLU, a project that highlights the Turkish shipyard’s expertise in transforming ambitious owner visions into reality through bespoke craftsmanship and innovative design.
With her sleek, low-profile silhouette and refined contemporary styling, GENIE BLU immediately stands out as a striking addition to the luxury yacht market. The yacht features a clean architectural aesthetic, expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing and fold-down side terraces, creating a seamless connection between guests and the surrounding seascape while emphasizing openness and natural light.

According to Alia Yachts President Gökhan Çelik, the project challenges conventional yacht design principles by prioritizing the owner’s experience and relationship with the sea rather than focusing solely on maximizing interior volume.
“GENIE BLU is a celebration of purity, balance and life on the water,” said Çelik. “As a fully custom yacht with a distinctive character, she reflects the kind of innovative and unconventional projects that define Alia Yachts. Collaborating closely with the owner throughout the journey has been a rewarding experience, and her launch marks a proud achievement for everyone involved.”
The yacht was developed through a close collaboration between Alia’s in-house design team and Luca Dini Design & Architecture. The renowned Italian studio refined the exterior styling and was responsible for creating the interior design, ensuring a harmonious blend of elegance, functionality and comfort.

A central feature of GENIE BLU is her spacious main salon, where floor-to-ceiling windows and an open-plan layout place panoramic sea views at the heart of the onboard experience. The interior adopts a calm and contemporary design language, using neutral tones and understated finishes to enhance the natural surroundings rather than compete with them.
Outdoor spaces have been equally carefully considered. The aft cockpit features elevated seating that flows gracefully down to a large swim platform via a broad cascade of steps, strengthening the yacht’s connection to the water. Additional relaxation areas are located on the foredeck, while a discreet sunbathing area crowns the superstructure.

Luca Dini described the project as an exercise in refinement through simplification. “The concept was based on subtraction rather than addition,” he explained. “By eliminating unnecessary barriers and reducing excess volume, we created a yacht that maximizes the owner’s enjoyment of the sea rather than focusing on gross tonnage.”
Combining a distinctive profile, sophisticated detailing and a design philosophy centered on the marine environment, GENIE BLU represents another milestone for Alia Yachts and showcases the possibilities that emerge when visionary ownership meets the creativity, technical expertise and craftsmanship of a fully custom shipyard.
