Dubai, UAE – Buddha-Bar Real Estate Development, a joint venture exclusively managed and represented by Yield House, has unveiled the much-anticipated design of the region’s first Buddha-Bar Hotel and Buddha-Bar Floating Residences, set to rise on Dubai’s World Islands.
This landmark destination brings the world-renowned lifestyle brand to the Middle East for the first time, blending the island’s serenity with Buddha-Bar’s signature immersive design, music, and dining experiences. The development will encompass the Buddha-Bar Hotel, Buddha-Bar Floating Residences, and the Buddha-Bar Beach, introducing a new dimension of waterfront luxury to Dubai.
Buddha-Bar Hotel: A New Benchmark for Immersive Luxury
The first Buddha-Bar Hotel in the region will feature 162 rooms, including an entire floor dedicated to branded residences. The design fuses the brand’s iconic Far Eastern aesthetic with refined contemporary elegance — a world of deep red and gold hues, Asian-inspired décor, and sensual lounge-style interiors illuminated by chandeliers and art pieces.

Guests will experience curated soundscapes, world-class dining inspired by the flavors of the Pacific Rim, and a holistic spa offering an exquisite blend of Eastern rituals and modern wellness treatments — all crafted to evoke deep relaxation and sensory balance.
Floating Residences: A World First for Buddha-Bar
Extending outward from the hotel, a collection of 24 floating villas offers an unprecedented blend of advanced marine engineering and underwater living. Each three-story residence spans approximately 4,000 square feet and accommodates up to eight guests.

The design features a rooftop sun deck with a jacuzzi and dining lounge; a sea-level living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a private terrace, and an overwater net lounge; and an underwater level housing two coral-facing bedrooms surrounded by vibrant marine gardens.
These floating residences — the first in the world under the Buddha-Bar brand — are conceived as tranquil sanctuaries of understated luxury. Crafted with fine materials such as marble, soft woods, and ocean glass, with optional Bentley Home furnishings, each villa embodies harmony between design, nature, and the sea.
Buddha-Bar Beach: The Heartbeat of The World Islands
Set to become the social epicenter of The World Islands, Buddha-Bar Beach will combine a beach club, restaurant, and lounge operating from sunrise to late night. Guests can enjoy sunrise yoga sessions, beachfront brunches, sunset DJ performances, and open-air night parties under the stars.
The venue merges Mediterranean flair with modern sophistication, featuring scenic pools, sunken seating, private cabanas, and lush event spaces. By day, guests can savor signature cocktails and gourmet seafood with panoramic sea views; by night, the beach transforms into a vibrant dining and nightlife hub defined by music, mixology, and atmosphere.

Exclusive amenities include 24-hour room service, climate-controlled outdoor areas, and direct coral reef access via floating walkways linking the residences to nearby islands.
A New Chapter for the Brand
“The Buddha-Bar Hotel and Floating Residences on The World Islands mark a defining moment for our brand,” said Nabil Souhail, Vice President of Buddha-Bar International. “This project embodies our signature blend of music, atmosphere, and refined hospitality — transporting guests into a new dimension of sensory luxury.”
Mohamed Issa, Founder and Chairman of Yield House, added: “Launching the first Buddha-Bar Hotel and Floating Residences in Dubai represents a milestone for experiential luxury real estate in the region. Our mission is to connect discerning investors with projects that transcend traditional property — living works of art that offer emotional and cultural depth.”
Valued at AED 3 billion, the project was first revealed at the Arabian Travel Market 2025 and is scheduled for completion in 2027, heralding a new era of lifestyle-driven waterfront development in the heart of the Middle East.
