Dubai, UAE – Foiler, the UAE-based innovator behind the renowned “flying” yacht Spirit, has revealed its latest breakthrough: Ghost, the world’s first 28-metre private foiling yacht. The model made its global debut at the Abu Dhabi International Boat Show 2025, signalling a new chapter in the evolution of high-end yachting.
Developed in partnership with Bozca Design and set to be built by ENATA, Ghost embodies a fusion of performance, luxury, and cutting-edge engineering. Stretching 28 metres in length with an 8-metre beam—expanding to nearly 20 metres when its foils are deployed—the yacht promises remarkable stability and efficiency wrapped in a strikingly sculpted profile.

Crafted from carbon fibre and titanium, Ghost is engineered to rise above the water using ENATA’s advanced foiling system, an evolution of the technology proven on the Spirit. The yacht will “fly” roughly two metres above sea level, delivering a cruising speed of 30–35 knots and a top speed surpassing 40 knots.
“Foiling completely changes the yachting experience,” said Alois Vieujot, CEO of ENATA Group. “At 40 knots, passengers can walk around, speak softly, and enjoy an incredibly smooth, stable ride—something impossible on a conventional yacht. Ghost elevates that comfort to an entirely new scale.”
With 133 square metres of interior living space (excluding cabins) and 52 square metres of exterior deck, Ghost offers unusually generous volumes for a yacht that still qualifies as a pleasure craft. The open-plan layout accommodates three to five cabins and features a private aft beach club with direct sea access, catering to owners seeking freedom, exploration, and seamless engagement with the water. A full-beam superstructure further expands the saloon, enhancing openness and panoramic visibility.

A futuristic yet timeless design language defines the yacht’s exterior, characterised by flowing lines and a sculptural, aerodynamic silhouette. Floor-to-ceiling glass creates an almost transparent environment with immersive 360-degree ocean views, blending interior and exterior spaces and bathing the yacht in natural light.
“Ghost once again shows ENATA’s ability to push boundaries—merging aerospace engineering, advanced composites, and visionary design to reshape expectations of private yachting,” Vieujot added. “Foiler and Timur Bozca make collaborations we deeply value.”
Inside, the yacht embraces minimalist luxury with premium materials and fully integrated smart control systems. Foiler’s signature front seats and joystick controls ensure intuitive handling, enabling owners to pilot the vessel themselves with confidence. The soft, organic interior contrasts with the yacht’s crisp exterior lines, creating warm, tranquil spaces for daily life on board. A concealed crane system allows rapid deployment of a jetski or tender without disrupting the yacht’s sleek profile.

“Every structural and aesthetic choice has purpose,” said Timur Bozca, founder of Bozca Design. “There is no ornamentation—only forms built for performance, clarity, and dependability. Ghost is not merely a foiling yacht; it is a high-performance architectural platform shaped by precision engineering and intentional design.”
Designed as a semi-customisable, serial-production model, Ghost marks the beginning of Foiler’s next generation. Construction is slated to begin within 12 to 18 months, with the first launch targeted for 2029.
