Dubai, UAE – Gulf Craft, the UAE-headquartered global leader in yacht and boat manufacturing, has been recognised in the Manufacturing Category at the 2025 Emirates Labour Market Award. The award, presented by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, was announced during a ceremony held on 13 November in Abu Dhabi. This marks the first time Gulf Craft has received this prestigious national accolade, which evaluates companies across the Emirates on employment excellence, workforce wellbeing, and innovation. Selected from nearly 18,000 participating companies, Gulf Craft’s recognition represents a major milestone in its four decades of industrial achievement and investment in human capital.

The Emirates Labour Market Award highlights organisations that excel in employment and empowerment, workplace culture and wellbeing, and innovation and future-readiness—key areas where Gulf Craft has consistently demonstrated leadership. Assessment measures cover Emiratisation and workforce planning, training and skills development, diversity and inclusion, health and safety, and the adoption of technology to enhance competitiveness.
