

Dubai, UAE – Swiss-Belhotel International has announced the global launch of its newest brand, The Gama by Swiss-Belhotel, following the signing of a management agreement with Albushra Real Estate Limited for a new property in Kilimani, Nairobi. The move marks a key milestone in the group’s expansion strategy across Africa and reinforces its growing presence in East Africa.
Set to open within the next 12 months, the four-star lifestyle hotel will be tailored to the “New Age” traveller, combining contemporary design, smart functionality and vibrant social spaces in a prime urban location. The Nairobi opening will serve as the international debut of The Gama brand.

Strategically located in Kilimani, one of Nairobi’s most vibrant districts, the hotel will occupy a prime site opposite Yaya Centre, a landmark retail destination. Its central position along the city’s business and lifestyle corridor will allow it to cater to both corporate and leisure travellers, with convenient access to commercial centres, shopping, dining and entertainment.
The Gama by Swiss-Belhotel, Kilimani will feature 155 guest rooms, alongside a comprehensive range of lifestyle and business amenities. These include two food and beverage outlets, a fully equipped gym, a rooftop swimming pool, a dedicated ladies’ sauna, and extensive ballroom and meeting facilities designed for conferences, events and social gatherings.

The hotel forms part of a landmark mixed-use development that also includes a high-end retail mall, premium office spaces and a large mosque accommodating up to 1,000 worshippers, positioning the project as a vibrant, community-focused destination.
